Welcome to the Pearce Brothers website. My brother and I live on a small farm in Southern Nash County, better known as Bailey, N.C. 27807. We really enjoy being out in the country. Soybeans, cotton, sweet potatoes, and tobacco are the crops most commonly grown on our farm. Of course, we also have pecan trees. We both can weld, fabricate, paint, design, and sell. We are a great team together. My brother and I take pride in our work.
On this website, we are offering our hand built commercial pecan crackers that can crack over 100 lbs. per hour. The machine produces a high shell out percentage of halves. The machine is very simple to use and can be operated by one person. The machine weighs about 160 lbs. and the auto feeder weighs about 75 lbs. Both pieces of equipment have casters or wheels for easy moving. The machines take up very little space and can be ran from a 110 outlet. The only maintenance needed is 2 grease fittings will need to be greased once a year - Now, that's simple enough!
